How it works
Our goal is to offer affordable bookkeeping services with a dedicated bookkeeper. All work will be performed under the direction of a CPA.
All of our packages include the standard options of:
Downloading and coding transactions
Reconciling bank and credit card statements
Producing financial reports
The differences relate to number of transactions per month and the frequency with which we process the transactions.
In addition to our standard packages, we offer customized packages depending on your particular needs.

A La Carte
Bookkeeping Services- Accounting software setup $750+
- Monthly checkup of client managed accounting - $250+ (Client enters all transactions. we access by remote access, accountant's copy, online log in).
- Assistance "cleaning up the books" $500+
- Payroll - $150/month (up to 5 employees) - plus cost of payroll software. Additional fee for more than 5 employees.
- Year end 1099 preparation - $150+ for up to 5 forms. $10 for each additional form. Mush be received by January 23rd to avoid additional rush fee. client provides all info for 1099 preparation.
- Accounts receivable management - negotiable
Tax Preparation
Minimum Fees- Business tax preparation $600+
- Individual tax preparation $300+
